# 💈 Ultimate POS v7.2 Salon & Spa Appointment Booking Module - Installation Guide (English)

## 📌 Overview
This module transforms **Ultimate POS v7.2** into an advanced Salon & Spa ERP system with a touch-friendly booking popup window matching the 5 screenshots workflow:
1. **Screen 1:** Service selection card list
2. **Screen 2:** Interactive full month calendar (Asia/Colombo timezone)
3. **Screen 3:** Real-time time slot generator (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
4. **Screen 4:** Customer information & Stylist/Chair confirmation
5. **Screen 5:** Booking success card with Notify.lk automated SMS, WhatsApp reminder, and 1-click POS checkout.

## 🚀 Installation Instructions

### 1. Copy Module Directory
Copy the `SalonBooking` folder into the `Modules/` directory of your Ultimate POS installation:
```bash
cp -r /path/to/SalonBooking /var/www/html/ultimatepos/Modules/
```

### 2. Run Database Migrations
Run the artisan command to build the tables:
```bash
cd /var/www/html/ultimatepos
php artisan module:migrate SalonBooking
```

### 3. Clear Cache & Autoload
```bash
composer dump-autoload
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan view:clear
php artisan route:clear
```

### 4. Enable Module in Admin Panel
- Go to **Settings > Modules** in Ultimate POS.
- Find **SalonBooking** and click **Activate**.
- Grant permissions under **User Management > Roles**.

### 5. Setup Notify.lk SMS Gateway
- Open **Salon & Spa Appointments > Notify.lk SMS Gateway**.
- Enter your Notify.lk credentials (`User ID`, `API Key`, and `Sender ID`).
- Enable auto-triggers for booking created, 24h reminders, and checkout completion.

## ⚡ POS Screen Usage
- In the POS sales terminal, press **F6** or click **"📅 Book Appointment"** in the top navigation bar.
- The 5-screen popup window will appear without leaving the POS cashier screen.
- On Screen 5, clicking **"Load into POS Bill"** automatically loads the service and customer into the active POS cart for immediate receipt printing.
